You pay a simple monthly fee. You get unlimited visits, appointments that fit your schedule, and direct communication with Dr. Medina Galvan through our secure portal, email, video, or phone.
Fewer patients per doctor means more time for you and a real relationship instead of a transaction. Roughly 85% of what you need from a doctor happens right here, which means you stop waiting until things get worse.
Membership does not replace coverage for hospital care, emergencies, surgery, or services outside the agreement. Laboratory tests, imaging, medications, and outside services may have separate charges. We explain the included services and costs before enrollment.

No, and that is the point. The direct model frees us from the contracts that forbid physicians from offering discounted lab and imaging pricing. Working outside insurance is what makes the unhurried visit and the discounted bloodwork possible in the first place.
A low monthly fee replaces copays, deductibles, and surprise bills. You get longer appointments, same-day access, and discounted labs and medications. Dr. Medina is a phone call away rather than a three-week wait, which tends to mean fewer urgent care runs and fewer ER visits, because problems get handled while they are still small.
Yes. After the first 90 days of your introductory period, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice by letter or email. Re-enrolling later costs $250.
