Yes. Your legal status is not of importance to us. We provide comprehensive medical care to everyone, regardless of citizenship status, race, religion, or political affiliation. You will not be asked to prove anything about your status to be treated here.
Not currently. Federal regulations prevent it. We anticipate being able to accept Medicare and Medicaid patients in the future, and we would rather tell you now than after you have called. Ask us to add you to the waitlist.
No, and that is the point. The direct model frees us from the contracts that forbid physicians from offering discounted lab and imaging pricing. Working outside insurance is what makes the unhurried visit and the discounted bloodwork possible in the first place.

Yes. After the first 90 days of your introductory period, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice by letter or email. Re-enrolling later costs $250.
