With DPC, you can seek care at any time and can prevent medical issues to arise instead of waiting for them to occur. A wise Proverb states “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. Basically, it’s easier to stop something from happening in the first place than to repair the damage after it has happened.

Enrollment fee is waived with annual payment

Patients are billed monthly and may discontinue their membership after a three month minimum commitment with 30 day written notice of cancellation.

​Child pricing must be with an enrollment of at least one adult.

Re-enrollment fee after cancellation is $250.

Dr. Medina Galvan does not prescribe narcotic medications or new prescriptions for benzodiazepines, or certain other medications deemed inappropriate under Dr. Medina Galvan's sole discretion.
