Did you know that after the age of 18, we begin to lose about 1% of collagen yearly? Our skin is being damaged daily, whether it's due to UV light from the sun, exposure to pollutants, chemicals in the foods we eat, or due to natural aging.

The Vampiress facial uses your blood's platelet and plasma on your face. The procedure is simple; it requires a simple blood draw equivalent to about two teaspoons, and then it's centrifuged in an FDA-approved device. Once the PRP is ready, it's microneedled into your face to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. The production of collagen is enhanced with microneedling. The SkinPen microneedling device causes controlled micro-injury using sterile needles at various depths. It activates your body's natural healing process, and then the magic happens. PRP contains growth factors that help heal your skin.

A series of three treatments is recommended spaced about four weeks apart. The result is that you will notice a better skin tone and skin tightening.

You may be a candidate for the PRP facial if you:

  • have hyperpigmentation

  • have dry skin

  • have acne scars

  • have fine lines and wrinkles

The Vampiress facial is safe for everyone except for those with blood-related health issues, pregnancy, or who have recently used Accutane to treat acne. If you have lots of volume loss, this procedure may not be appropriate, as you may need a facelift. You don't have to worry about a chance of getting an allergic reaction because we use your palettes.

At the end of the procedure, you'll feel rejuvenated and refreshed. To learn more about the benefits of PRP facials, schedule a complimentary consultation with Dr. Medina Galvan. Your skin will thank you later!
